§ 77-4. Operation; posting of license.

No person operating a licensed facility shall make, suffer or permit any improper noise or any disturbance on the premises occupied. Such person shall not block or obstruct any sidewalk or roadway adjacent to the premises so occupied or use or permit or suffer the same to be done. No person shall violate any of the terms of the license as issued pursuant to this chapter, and such person shall keep such license posted in such facility at all times.
