§ 77-3. Safety requirements; inspections.

The Mayor and Council may, at its discretion, as a contingency for the issuance of such license, require that the licensee maintain safety standards and apparatus necessary to protect the users of the facility. Periodic inspections of such facility shall be made to ensure compliance with the license requirements so as to ensure the public health, safety and welfare of the users of the facility.
