§ 171-55. Littering.

No person shall throw, deposit, or leave litter or recyclable material within the Borough's parks except in designated receptacles provided therefore. The designated areas may be intended for disposing of personal consumption amounts of trash. See § 171-56, Dumping, below. Overall, visitors to the parks are encouraged to follow the motto: "if you carry it in, you must carry it out."
