§ 131-5. Enforcement.

This chapter shall be enforceable by any member of the Borough Police Department, Fire Chief or the Fire Official of the Borough. Summons for violation of this chapter may be served upon a defendant by affixing it to the vehicle involved in the violation. In the event that such violation represents an immediate hazard to the safeguard of the public safety and welfare, the enforcing officer may, at his discretion, have such vehicle or obstruction removed. The person, persons or corporation responsible for such violation thereof would pay the reasonable cost.
